A South Australian writer and director, Luke translates everyday, overlooked stories into films for a wide audience.

Luke recently wrote additional scenes for Gravity Films' AACTA nominated feature doc, 'The Last Daughter' (Netflix). He is currently co-writing a feature drama with Simon Kennedy (co-creator 'Safe Harbour') about a family of faith betrayed by their church pastor.

A Masters graduate of VCA's narrative directing program, Luke's short films have screened at Flickerfest, Gold
Coast Film Festival, In The Palace Film Festival, Adelaide Film Festival and more. Short drama 'If I Quit Now' won Best Director at West End Film Festival and Best Film at Short & Sweet Illawarra Film Festival; short thriller 'A Stone's Throw' was supported by the South Australian Film Corporation with matched funding from the Adelaide Film Festival. Luke also works as a script supervisor, most notably on Causeway/A24’s horror ‘Talk To Me' and the upcoming true crime feature 'The Speedway Murders' (Ringleader Films/Umbrella).
